ADAMA R&D Centre in China is looking for a synthetic organic chemist working in a process development team in an effort of developing and optimizing synthetic processes and scaling-up, introducing new processes, as well as improving and troubleshooting existing processes. Successful candidate must have solid organic chemistry knowledge. He should be able to work independently, and be detail oriented with good verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizing skills. The candidate should possess the ability to pull together ideas and suggestions, communicate with the team clearly and get the plan executed on a timely fashion.
