Supplier Quality & Correction Management: 供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量與整改管理

1. Implement and monitor key performance indicators for suppliers to focus and drive performance based on Measurement of Performance-(DPM, OTD, CARs,etc).執(zhí)行與監(jiān)督所轄供應(yīng)商的關(guān)鍵表現(xiàn)指標(biāo)并基于指標(biāo)協(xié)助改善（交貨合格率、準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨率、整改行動等）

2. Maintain auditing procedures to review supplier’s progress against quality planning by visiting suppliers frequently and regularly and follow up with found issues correction; 維護(hù)審核程序，通過經(jīng)常審核供應(yīng)商和跟進(jìn)問題的解決來評估供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量改進(jìn)計(jì)劃是否完成；

3. Assure Supplier CAR reports are well communicated with suppliers and the root cause has been identified with accepted written reply in a timely manner. Verify Supplier CAR responses at the Supplier's location to confirm all process documentation, control plans and conclusions address Root cause.確保供應(yīng)商的整改行動報(bào)告得到有效的溝通，及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地得到供應(yīng)商關(guān)于根本原因的分析和處置的回復(fù)。在供應(yīng)商現(xiàn)場驗(yàn)證整改行動的回復(fù)是否得到及時(shí)貫徹、相關(guān)文件如過程文件和控制計(jì)劃得到更新，根本原因得到解決。

4. Heavily involved in the problem solving and counter measure plan with suppliers in the event of quality defects; 當(dāng)出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量缺陷時(shí)，深入?yún)⑴c供應(yīng)商的問題解決與防范的行動；

5. Undertake in-depth investigations both analytical and practical together with suppliers and independently to solve potential problems early and ensure quality of components produced by the suppliers; 與供應(yīng)商采取理論分析和實(shí)際行動的深度調(diào)查，從而幫助供應(yīng)商提早防范問題的發(fā)生，并確保所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量完好。

6. Coordinate with Logistics for consistent problem suppliers. 當(dāng)供應(yīng)商總是有問題的時(shí)候，協(xié)助物流部門跟進(jìn)訂單。

7. Work as MRB member to decide on the disposition of the Non-Conformance Parts caused by Vendors. 作為物料評審團(tuán)隊(duì)參與決定由于供應(yīng)商導(dǎo)致的不合格品的處置。

8. Communicate with internal and external customers in all the aspects of quality issues related to Vendors. 與內(nèi)部或者外部客戶就任何涉及供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行溝通協(xié)調(diào)。

9. Develop and maintain all Incoming Inspection Documents for goods into our Shop or Finished Products Inspection Documetns for direct ship parts and train QC team to understand and master the incoming methods; 撰寫并完善所有進(jìn)入工廠的進(jìn)料檢驗(yàn)的文件或供應(yīng)商直接發(fā)運(yùn)的出貨前檢驗(yàn)文件，并培訓(xùn)質(zhì)檢人員懂得和掌握檢驗(yàn)的方法。


Potential Supplier Development: 潛在供應(yīng)商開發(fā)

1. Look for potential suppliers that can meet IBCC’s requirements.尋找能夠滿足IBCC公司需求的潛在供應(yīng)商。

2. Make preliminary situation analysis of potential suppliers to assess their suitability, current and potential performance level and make recommendation for development or not.(Conduct Audits); 對潛在供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行初步評審以確定其是否滿足我們的需要，其目前和未來的績效表現(xiàn)，并作出開發(fā)與改善的推薦。

3. Secure appropriate support from and establish effective and timely communication with the organization to be able to deliver the development and launch of new suppliers. 與供應(yīng)商建立起有效與及時(shí)地溝通關(guān)系，并獲取適當(dāng)?shù)闹С?，從而能夠推動供?yīng)商改善和新項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)。


New Project : 新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)

1. To participate in the project team and hold full in charge of the project development with vendors on casting products from beginning to approval. 參與新項(xiàng)目小組，全面負(fù)責(zé)鑄件供應(yīng)商德從開始到批準(zhǔn)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。

2. Obtain RFQ and conduct initial negotiation, Draft Contracts , Assure all quality activities for new projects are understood, planned, and followed by the suppliers with Project Team; 獲取報(bào)價(jià)和初步談價(jià)、起草合同，確保項(xiàng)目所有的要求被供應(yīng)商理解，計(jì)劃設(shè)定和跟進(jìn)。

3. Review and approve suppliers’ casting samples and quality reports including all supporting documents such as Control Plans, etc to submit to internal customers. 審核與批準(zhǔn)供應(yīng)商鑄件產(chǎn)品以及所有質(zhì)量報(bào)告包括支持文件如控制計(jì)劃等，并提交給內(nèi)部客戶。

4. Assure for each new part number all IBCC quality activities are reviewed, a plan is developed and followed by the supplier, and internal quality documents are done. 確認(rèn)每一個(gè)新產(chǎn)品的所有質(zhì)量行動得以貫徹與執(zhí)行，包括供應(yīng)商完成相應(yīng)的文件以及內(nèi)部檢測文件的完成。

Key Competencies: 關(guān)鍵能力

1. Solid knowledge of foundry experience, iron or steel casting experience by sanding casting or investment casting. Machining experience would be a plus. 有較強(qiáng)的鑄造廠經(jīng)驗(yàn)與知識，熟悉沙鑄和精密鑄造的鑄鐵、鑄鋼。如有機(jī)加工知識更佳。

2. Working knowledge of quality tools & problem solving methodology such as -FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D, etc. 熟悉和使用過質(zhì)量工具以及問題解決的方式如FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D, etc. 

3. Effective read & written English skills; Verbal English is a plus. 有效的英語讀寫能力；如能夠口語更佳。

4. Strong ownership, team spirit and time management skill; 有很強(qiáng)的責(zé)任感、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和時(shí)間管理能力；

5. Good data analyzing and planning ability; 良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析和計(jì)劃能力；

6. Excellent computer skills, especially in excel.很好的計(jì)算機(jī)使用能力，特別是Excel.
