崗位要求：
大專以上學(xué)歷，理工科專業(yè)
3年以上質(zhì)量控制或產(chǎn)品檢驗工作經(jīng)驗
工作認(rèn)真，責(zé)任心強，能承受一定的工作壓力
具有較強的溝通能力，問題分析和處理的能力
熟悉ISO/TS16949要求
熟悉APQP，PPAP，MSA，SPC，F(xiàn)MEA，8D問題解決方法
熟練使用OFFICE等辦公軟件
Requirement
associate college or above degree, major in science or engineering
at least 3 years quality control or product inspection work experience
enthusiastic, responsible and can work under high pressure
good ability of coordination, problem analysis and resolving
be familiar with the ISO/TS16949
be familiar with APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and 8D method
skilled in using the OFFICE software for business
崗位職責(zé)：
參與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的APQP控制，負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品PPAP文件包的整理；
采用8D的方法，負(fù)責(zé)顧客抱怨處理；
負(fù)責(zé)收集和更新顧客特殊要求，確保在產(chǎn)品實現(xiàn)和交付過程中所有顧客的需求均得到了識別和落實；
協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理維護(hù)文件化的質(zhì)量管理體系，確保系統(tǒng)有效運行；
負(fù)責(zé)文件和記錄相關(guān)的工作；
協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理組織和實施公司內(nèi)部審核時有效的整改和關(guān)閉；
協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理接待顧客，第三方的審核，并跟蹤相關(guān)問題得到及時有效的關(guān)閉；
協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理監(jiān)控和報告質(zhì)量管理體系的運行狀況，對于發(fā)現(xiàn)的偏出，出具整改要求并跟蹤糾正與預(yù)防措施的實施情況
Responsibility
Participate the APQP control team, and prepare PPAP documents to get customers’ approval
Responsible for customer claims handling by using 8D method
Responsible for the customer special requirement identification and updating, make sure that all customers’ special requirements have been met during the whole product realization and delivery process.
Assist the Quality Manager to keep the documented management system runs effectively
Responsible for organization of the document and record management related work
Assist the Quality Manager to organize and implement the internal audit
Responsible for the customer and third party audits, and follow up the action plans, ensure that all deviations be closed timely and effectively
Assistant the Quality Manager monitor and report the performance of the quality management system, request and follow up the correction and preventive actions for the detected deviations
