職位描述Job description:
1、完成銷售業(yè)績目標;
Ensure sales targets are met
2、控制銷售成本支出;
Ensure spending does not exceed budget
3、為公司客戶和經銷商提供焊接銷售支持和技術咨詢,協(xié)助區(qū)域經理進行存貨預測;
Provide sales support and welding technical advice to company’s existing and future customers and distributors,Assist area manager with stock forecast
4、根據行業(yè)和市場制定銷售計劃,每月預測銷售情況;
Development sales plans to ensure all market sectors are targeted ,Forecast sales value on a monthly basis
5、收集市場信息并做恰當的渠道溝通;
Gather market intelligence and ensure it is communicated to the correct channel
6、協(xié)助應收賬款;
Assist accounts department on timely debt collections
7、按時提交銷售及市場分析報告;
Ensure sales& marketing reports are submitted in time
8、培養(yǎng)銷售員焊接專業(yè)技能,提高銷售員售后服務能力。
Train salesman in welding knowledge to promotion sales ability
任職資格Requirement:
1、3年以上焊材和焊接設備銷售經驗;
More than 3 years working experience as welding consumable and equipment sales
2、2年以上帶團隊及管理經驗;
Prefer to have 2+ years sales management experience
3、較強的銷售和業(yè)務開發(fā)能力;
Strong sales and business developing skill
4、較強的溝通和表達能力;
Strong communication and presentation skill
5、自我激勵,能在壓力下工作;
Self-motivated to work hard and can work under pressure
6、具有獨立工作能力,能與客戶進行有效協(xié)商并簡歷良好關系;
Independent business breakthrough capacity, have the negotiation skill and keep good relationship with customer
7、能夠適應長期國內范圍出差工作;市場敏感度高,擁有鍥而不舍的工作精神。
