A. Job Description 職位描述
As first line support of main business system Alba for Asian partner companies.
為亞洲合作伙伴公司提供主要業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)-Alba的第一線維護.
Receive system support requests and follow up till they are solved. Keep contact with user on progress and collect feedback.
接收和跟進系統(tǒng)維護要求. 與用戶聯(lián)系反饋處理進度并收集反饋信息.
Do data / procedure analysis and solve support issues. For complicated problems, collect enough information for second line analysis / problem solving and communicate with development team in Belgium.
進行數(shù)據(jù)/程序分析和解決維護問題. 對于復(fù)雜的問題, 收集足夠的信息以便開發(fā)團隊進行深入分析, 與比利時的開發(fā)團隊進行溝通并解決問題.
Adjust Alba configuration or make customized data exports / reports to fulfill user’s requests.
通過調(diào)整Alba系統(tǒng)的配置或定制數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出接口以滿足客戶的要求并生成報表.
Check Alba DB structure and write SQL to get requested data if necessary.
如有必要, 分析Alba系統(tǒng)的DB結(jié)構(gòu)和直接通過編寫SQL獲取手續(xù)數(shù)據(jù).
Check Alba source code (C++) to help solving problem if necessary.
如有必要,通過分析Alba系統(tǒng)的源代碼(C++) 從而幫助解決問題.
Make small programs (with any suitable language) to help user for data import / export / manipulation when necessary.
必要時,用合適的語言開發(fā)程序從而幫助用戶進行數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入/導(dǎo)出/數(shù)據(jù)操作.
Provide technical support to system support engineer for users’ requests. If necessary communicate with users on detail issues of system function / feature.
向系統(tǒng)維護工程師提供支持. 如有必要, 與用戶聯(lián)系溝通系統(tǒng)功能的細節(jié)事項.
Make reports on report platform (Web-base / Crystal report) as per users requests.
按用戶要求在報表平臺(Web-base / Crystal report)上編寫報表.
B. Competency Requirement 任職要求
1. Education Background 教育背景:
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications, computer science/information management / electronic / business management related degrees are recommended but not limited.
本科學(xué)歷或同等學(xué)歷資格，計算機科學(xué)/信息管理專業(yè)，電子商務(wù)管理相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)歷者優(yōu)先.
2. Working Experience 工作經(jīng)驗
2-5 years coding experience.
2-5年的程序設(shè)計經(jīng)驗
3. Knowledge & Skills 知識與技能
Experience with ERP system or end user supporting preferable.
具有一線用戶支持經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先.
In-depth relational database knowledge & medium level SQL writing skill.
對關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)有較深入的理解和中等水平的SQL編寫技能.
Preferably MySQL / SQL Server related experience.
具有MySQL/SQL經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
Medium Java coding skill, preferably C / C++ coding skill.

JavaEE related technologies (Hibernate / Spring) experience, as bonus.
