Work Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for establishing and improving the department work procedure;
2.Be responsible for the guidance of compiling technical document;
3.Be responsible for keeping archive of technical documents and drawings;
4.Be responsible for the guidance, coordination and dealing with the technical problems in the production to ensure its normal operation;
5.Be responsible for joining in the technical negotiation and external technological exchanges;
6.Be responsible for supervising, verifying and improving the design solution to ensure its reasonableness and maneuverability;
7.Be responsible for employee training and the build-up of talent echelon within the department, and arrange the technical training to other related personnel;
8.Be responsible for the department management
a.Set department work target and plans;
b.Team management; Provide training, coach to employee; Supervise and evaluate work
performance regularly;
c.Control the departmental budgets and expenses.
Work Requirments:
1.At least eight years experience of electrical engineering design and five years electrical design experience in marine industry, and at least one year experience of technology supervisor;
2.Be equipped with marine electrical system knowledge and basic mechanical knowledge;
3.Skilled in office software and professional software;
4.Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
5.Have good plan and organization ability;
6.Have strong problem solving skill;
7.Have good communication, interpersonal skills and team work spirit.
8.Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, reliability and preciseness.
