等地班車。
Main responsibilities
1. Perform controlling and verification on investment requisitions, which includes verification of NPV, payback calculations,
reliability of assumptions and risk identifications and mitigations.
2. Regular follow up, controlling and reporting on status of projects in terms on being on time and on budget. As part of this
support both projects management and FIIE with regular reporting.
3. Liaison with Finance Section to ensure adequate project cash planning forecasts.
4. Develop and improve project and investment control systems and procedures.
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, in Engineering and/or Finance related.
2. Excellent Chinese and English in writing and speaking.
3. At least 4 years’ project experience and/or controlling experience.
4. Excellent Excel skill and computer skills, as part of this familiar with MS office package

1. Good communication skills and with the courage to challenge
2. Team orientated, self-motivated, result orientated and able to work under pressure
3. A high degree of integrity and loyalty
4. Structured and disciplined work approach
