Job Description
1. Job Objectives:
Lead to establish project management system and keep PDCA
Guide and optimize project management process
Improve project management performance by training and guide the team members.
Responsibilities:
1 Guide to establish effective project management procedures and standard documents, standardize the management activities; optimize the existing project management process and form, to form a project management system.
2 Follow up the establishment and implementation of management procedure and standards, evaluate its effectiveness and operability, give effective guidance and propose suggestions for improvement timely.
3 Training project management team members including project management knowledge, skills, tools, experience, etc., to improve the team's overall project management ability.
4 Other related consulting.
Requirements:
1 Degree and Majority
(1) Bachelor of engineering or above
2 Training and Qualification
(1) Lean production
(2) KANBAN System
(3) IE
(4) 8D to resolve problems
(5) Production operator management
3 Years of Working Experience
(1) Greater than 7 years of related project management experience in automobile manufacture industry.
4 Key Skills and Competency
(1) Ability for cable manufacturing and analysis
(2) Very familiar with cable SPEC and application
(3) Great communication ability
(4) Great power of execution
(5) Quick Learning ability
(5) Be familiar with computer and office software
(6) Fluent in Business English
