工作職責(zé):
Responsibilities:
1.安排日常發(fā)貨事宜;
Process PO, arrange deliver;
2.定期和客戶及生產(chǎn)部確認(rèn)生產(chǎn)情況及出貨計(jì)劃;
Regularly check with operations and communicate delivery schedule to customer;
3.定期更新客戶訂單,與相關(guān)部門確認(rèn)原材料及產(chǎn)能狀況,并將缺料信息反饋給客戶
Regularly update PO and release record, verify available raw material and production capacity availability, feedback shortage information to customer.
4.每周關(guān)注原材料庫存及進(jìn)料狀況,及時(shí)與客戶協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃避免造成停線;
Monitor inventory and incoming material availability every week, coordinate with customer timely to avoid line down;
5.原材料空運(yùn)申請(qǐng),空運(yùn)費(fèi)用整理給客戶;
Raw material airfreight apply, provide airfreight cost information to customer;
6.及時(shí)將發(fā)貨單(紅單)和客戶開票信息整理給財(cái)務(wù);
Provide delivery notes and customer receiving information to Finance timely for issuing invoice.
7.分析客服訂單變化,并與客戶保持溝通關(guān)于訂單變化的管理,適時(shí)通知,相關(guān)銷售客戶需求變化。
Timely analysis customer order and filtration and keep communication with customer to minimize fluctuation and keep related sales informed on customer sales revenue fluctuation on order fluctuation.
Sales support
8.銷售臺(tái)賬, 每月銷售報(bào)告整理及制作;
Maintain sale record and monthly report;
9.日??蛻羿]件跟蹤
Process and follow customer emails.
10.新項(xiàng)目信息收集,報(bào)價(jià),后續(xù)情況的跟蹤,樣品訂單處理及出貨安排
Collect new project information, process RFQ, prepare quote, process sample orders and arrange delivery.
11.產(chǎn)品年度價(jià)格整理及BOM更新
Update BOM and annual price.
12.客戶投訴反饋給相關(guān)部門,及時(shí)安排退貨和補(bǔ)貨
Communicate customer complaint to respective department, arrange goods return and top up.
13.公司安排的其它工作
Other assignment.

任職要求Requirements:
1.大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,商務(wù)、物流、銷售管理相關(guān)專業(yè)
College degree or above,majored in accounting or logistics or business;
2.至少三年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
At least 3-year related working experience;
3.工作努力、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)
Conscientious responsible and working hard;
4.熟悉ERP或SAP系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先
ERP/SAP experience is a plus;
5.熟悉基本的財(cái)務(wù)和統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)知識(shí)
Have some knowledge of finance or statistics
6.英文CET-4,英文口語和讀寫流利
CET-4,fluent in oral & written English;
7.了解TS16949和5S
Have some knowledge of TS16949 and 5S;
8.熟練操作辦公室軟件;
Good command of MS office;
