職責(zé)：
1. 帶領(lǐng)并培養(yǎng)財務(wù)團隊，承擔(dān)會計、財務(wù)、稅務(wù)等相關(guān)職能。
2. 良好的談判技巧，能審查和新供應(yīng)商的合同、條款。
3. 細致的財務(wù)分析經(jīng)驗，能為業(yè)務(wù)決策提供詳實有效的數(shù)據(jù)支持。
4. 完成資產(chǎn)負債表、損益表、現(xiàn)金流量表、單品業(yè)績表等等，并能建立關(guān)鍵KPI來衡量公司業(yè)績。
5. 確保財務(wù)和運營系統(tǒng)的堅實，支撐業(yè)務(wù)運營的良性發(fā)展。
6. 確保公司的財務(wù)、稅務(wù)及工商等方面有序合規(guī)。
要求：
1. 會計實務(wù)&財務(wù)管理相關(guān)的專業(yè)經(jīng)驗
2. 至少7-10年的外貿(mào)或內(nèi)銷企業(yè)經(jīng)驗，同時具備者優(yōu)先
3. 有企業(yè)運營經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
We have 2 businesses, one focused on the international export market and the other is establishing a strong domestic brand, both having the core DNA of delivering quality products and services to our customers and leading business growth.
We are searching for a Finance Director that will support our growth, who is hands-on, detailed and has strong leadership skills. Excellent communication is required as this person will communicate with all levels and areas of the businesses to establish a good overall view of the businesses.
Qualification
1. Qualified accountant or comparable qualification of a professional accountancy body
2. At least 7-10 years of experience in a trade export or domestic brand, preferably both
3. Preferred with operations experience and knowledge
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop the finance team and assume the full responsibility of the accounting/finance function
2. Strong negotiation skills to review or establish new supplier contracts, terms for the benefits of the business
3. Detailed analytical experience in diving deep into the numbers to provide meaningful information for business decision making. This includes the profit/loss, cash-flow, individual product performance and establishing key KPIs to measure the performance of the business
4. Ensure that financial and operational systems are robust, compliant and support the business activity and growth
5. Ensure all regulatory and statutory requirements such as licensing, tax as handled in a timely and complete manner
