主要職能:
1. 研究客戶(hù)《程序指南》,了解客戶(hù)的項(xiàng)目支持要求,了解影響用戶(hù)信息的工程變更情況
2. 找出《程序指南》中的產(chǎn)品變更情況,幫助確定項(xiàng)目范圍
3. 當(dāng)項(xiàng)目交付日期變更或增加新的交付項(xiàng)目時(shí),更新項(xiàng)目時(shí)間表中的計(jì)劃安排。
4. 維護(hù)和更新客戶(hù)用于亞太地區(qū)交付項(xiàng)目的 SharePoint系統(tǒng)中的項(xiàng)目實(shí)際日期
5. 監(jiān)控和報(bào)告項(xiàng)目實(shí)際進(jìn)度與計(jì)劃進(jìn)度情況
6. 向客戶(hù)和公司內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)提供項(xiàng)目更新后的時(shí)間計(jì)劃、項(xiàng)目狀態(tài)、變更情況、項(xiàng)目范圍變更情況、項(xiàng)目整體狀態(tài)、項(xiàng)目問(wèn)題以及為按時(shí)間計(jì)劃和預(yù)期預(yù)算完成項(xiàng)目所需措施
7. 開(kāi)發(fā)客戶(hù)并維護(hù)客戶(hù)關(guān)系
8. 與客戶(hù)、項(xiàng)目管理 、客戶(hù)管理及編寫(xiě)經(jīng)理進(jìn)行合作
9. 定期組織項(xiàng)目會(huì)議,交流項(xiàng)目狀態(tài)和更新情況
10. 其他必要的行政管理支持任務(wù)

工作環(huán)境:專(zhuān)業(yè)的辦公環(huán)境,日常工作配備有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)辦公設(shè)備,如電腦、電話(huà)、復(fù)印機(jī)、文件柜、以及傳真機(jī)。
身體要求:執(zhí)行工作任務(wù)時(shí),員工須長(zhǎng)時(shí)間保持坐姿。
職位類(lèi)型:
辦公時(shí)間可施行彈性工作制,但在核心工作時(shí)間即上午9:00至下午 4:00 之間,員工必須在工作崗位。在非核心工作時(shí)間,有時(shí)也會(huì)需要員工在工作崗位辦公,以參加公司內(nèi)部會(huì)議以及與客戶(hù)的會(huì)議。每周工作時(shí)間至少為40小時(shí)。

學(xué)歷/工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:

具有3到5年使用微軟辦公軟件如Word、Excel、 Adobe Acrobat、Outlook、Project、SharePoint和 PowerPoint等相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
能夠適應(yīng)工作壓力,能夠優(yōu)先執(zhí)行工作任務(wù),確保工作效率。
能夠適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏的工作環(huán)境,與客服團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作。能夠與客戶(hù)聯(lián)絡(luò)員保持專(zhuān)業(yè)有效地互動(dòng)溝通。

Job Title: Project Coordinator, Ford Content Development
Summary/Objective: This position is responsible for the coordination of joint venture projects, on-site at Chang An Ford. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning all related projects, assisting in the review and sign-off of the Owner’s Manual and any other supplements that the client requires.
Essential Functions:
1. Research customer Program Direction Letters (PDLs) for required support and engineering changes that impact owner’s information
2. Identify product changes in Program Direction Letters to help determine project scope
3. Update schedules for all milestones of all deliverables, as dates change and as new deliverables are added
4. Maintain and update actual dates in customer SharePoint site for Asia Pacific deliverables
5. Monitor and report out on actual versus planned timing
6. Provide customers and internal team with updated deliverable project schedules, status, change, project scope changes, overall project status, and issues and actions required to keep the project within timing and budget expectations
7. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
8. Collaborate with the customer, Program Management, Account Management, and Authoring Managers
9. Facilitate meetings on a regular basis to communicate status and updates
10. Other general administrative support tasks as required

This job operates in a professional office environment setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time.
Position Type:
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee would need to available during the core business hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The employee would occasionally need to be available during non-core hours to support internal and client meetings. The employee will need to work a minimum of 40 hours each week.
Travel: Domestic travel will be required. Limited international travel may be required.
Required Education/Experience:
Associates degree in related field or equivalent professional experience in project coordination responsibilities.
Approximately 3 to 5 years of related experience preferred with experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Project, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiencies. Experience working collaboratively with client service teams in fast paced environment.
Ability to dialog freely with internal and external teams. Ability to interact professionally with customer contacts.
Excellent written and oral communications skills. Exceptional attention to detail and thorough approach to follow-through on all tasks. Ability to multitask and interface with many personalities. Enthusiastic, reliable, personable, positive attitude and well organized. Automotive background a plus.
