Context: This role will take systematic management for new product launch. Besides fixture design, parameter setup, other calculation for productivity, cost, manpower preparation, We hope he/she can also help to optimize existing process, implement Kaizen in workshop, lead lean transformation on shop floor which could help us to improve productivity, and quality. Responsibilities:·         Optimize manufacturing process for bottleneck, cycle time reduction, cost saving, improve productivity& quality performance;·         Optimize WI to be more clear/simple/workable to operator and track the WI execution effectiveness;·         Analyze the production data to figure out the cost per unit, labor hour per unit, each process unit cycle time and so on;·         Work with technical/R&D team include the BOM setting, new process parameter, set up proper machine, trial run, WI, training, and so on·         Lead the engineering change issues and work with other departments  about follow up activities in production;·         Driving the lean/six sigma/Kaizen project for manufacturing process;·         Trouble shooting for daily operations; General Requirements:·         Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent;·         Minimum of 5 years as process engineer of motor assembly;·         Ability to work independently as well as in a cross functional team environment; ·         Demonstrated project and team leadership;·         Plentiful knowledge with ISO 9000/14000/TS16949 system;·         Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing  ·         English read and write is required;
