Requirement：
*Bachelor degree in Engineering or other related field is a must;
*Above 3 years experiences in purchasing or other related functions;
*Good knowledge and experience in responsible commodity,supplier quality,ability to read engineering document.Good at order tracking between production facilities all over the world and suppliers in Asia,cost analysis skill(some financial knowledge);
*Self-driven,result,process and teamwork oriented.Motivated to work effectively and independently;
*English communication ability in speaking,writing and reading;
*Good interpersonal and people skills;
*Solid computer skills in Excel,Power point and Word and Kingdee system.
Job Responsibility：
*Identify suitable suppliers based on Quality,Price,Service and Lead times & Vendor's capabilities;
*Suppliers development:start & raise business with already homologated & identified suppliers RFQ and negotiation;
*Continuous improvement plan;
*Develops understanding of current commodity spend and identifies opportunities for low cost sourcing;
*At tender phase, to bring sourcing costs(experienced on China projects),communicates to sourcing community all information required for RFQ (logistics,warranty,etc)
*Order tracking & vendor delivery performance improvement & things relate to orders and vendors.
