1. Safety？ LTA target is “0” time 0次LTA？ Keep the safe working environment保證安全的工作環(huán)境？ Consider safety first in all aspects of working工作時刻考慮安全第一
2. Automation and equipment management？ Follow and consider automation equipment and robot usage in production line？ Equipment daily inspection？ Daily inspection for all equipment and make report？ Support manager for my machine program achievement
3. New project related？ Support manager to confirm specification for new project on site data？ Support and follow new project **** and running？ Provide data information on final acceptance with production together for project？ Make line improvement request and follow？ Mould inspection, acceptance and follow
4. Others？ Follow time study and 2 times manpower review per year？ Finish WI and CI update？ Attend bi-weekly meeting with M&R？ Summarize weekly equipment issuesExperience within the area
1. Min. 5 years job experience in manufacturing industry under lean production environment2. Experience in planning job with analysis and investigation mind3. Knowledge of PDCA and 6s4. Familiar with 8D tool, IE and TPM5. Can use MS software Word Excel and PPT skillfully, also CAD
Education background
1. College degree or above2. Language : English and Chinese, in written and verbally

1. Ability to make a good coordination between different levels2. Ability to motivate employees and surroundings3. Loyal and disciplined, result oriented4. Dedicated and pay attention to details5.
