Main objective of the position (purpose of the job)
- Leading product development activities to analyze the filter paper and product design.
- Research new market demand and design new products for engine and industrial filter media.
- Based on the lab study, leading pilot scale trial and supporting production machine scale trial.
- Coodination for cooperation support with a plant organization
Main responsibility areas
- Pulp furnish design / handsheet making
- Lab / pilot scale saturation study and design
- Analyze filter and all different kinds of nonwoven and paper (raw material / characteristics)
- Leading cost saving project
Education, qualifications and skills required
- Education background: pulp and paper making, chemical engineering or textile engineering
- More than 5~8 years working experience is preferred; filter industry, paper industry
- If familiar with paper industry and paper saturation technology experience, it is preferable.
- Experienced with ISO9001 and IATF16949
- Diligence / Logical & analytical thinking
- Self motivated
- Chinese / English ability to communicate (reading & writing)
- Binzhou local preferrable
