Position Main duties,
1. Design and improvement of mold and molding development.
2. New mold or molding process, cost analysis, and feasibility study.
3. New molding process design and development.
4. Be familiar with mold structure like die-casting mold, plastic mold.
5. Define set up and update technical parameters for molding process.
6. Be able to evaluate and audit mold supplier.
7. Be able to work with product design team to evaluate the components
manufacturability.
8. Be process (molding) engineer role in Process Development Team.
Education, Experience & Knowlege required,
1. A minimum of 3 years experience in molding production.
2. Previous experience in connector manufacturing is preferable.
3. 2 years experience on automotive product design and skillful in using relative analysis tools (APQP / PPAP / FMEA / SPC / MSA / DOE…)
4. English communication and computer application.
