1 執(zhí)行或協(xié)助指定的銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)。遵守指示及審批權(quán)限。
Performs nominated sales activities. Maintain adherence to directions and approval matrix.
2 執(zhí)行各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展類(lèi)工作程序及其他相關(guān)程序;對(duì)持續(xù)改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有工作流程及業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)/程序提出適當(dāng)?shù)慕ㄗh。
Implement the business development procedures and other relevant procedures; suggest continuous improvement to current work process and overall business activities/procedures as appropriate.
3 協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售主管鎖定業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)。
Support Sales Supervisor in opportunity positioning process.
4 協(xié)助完成潛在項(xiàng)目從最初篩查到合同關(guān)閉的項(xiàng)目追蹤期間的工作。在銷(xiāo)售追蹤過(guò)程中咨詢并協(xié)同其他職能單位。
Coordinate in potential project pursuit from initial screening to contract closure. Consult and align with other functions throughout the project pursuit.
5 協(xié)助與現(xiàn)有及潛在業(yè)主發(fā)展并維持客戶關(guān)系,促進(jìn)已在執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目的客戶關(guān)系。協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售主管與公司其他職能部門(mén)協(xié)同客戶聯(lián)絡(luò)事宜。協(xié)助客戶來(lái)訪,并為來(lái)訪開(kāi)展必要的準(zhǔn)備工作。
Coordinate in development and maintenance of customer relationship with the existing and potential clients. Foster positive client relations on ongoing projects. Support Sales Supervisor in coordinating client’s contacts with other company functions. Assist on client visits andconduct necessary preparation to support the visiting.
6 參與具體項(xiàng)目的投標(biāo)過(guò)程,包括內(nèi)部投標(biāo)相關(guān)的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)、對(duì)外與業(yè)主在期間保持聯(lián)絡(luò)。
Lead the bidding process of the specific projects, including relevant internal bidding activities such as management reviews and approvals.
7 參與商務(wù)標(biāo)書(shū)的準(zhǔn)備過(guò)程并提出相關(guān)建議,與銷(xiāo)售主管及/或投標(biāo)經(jīng)理/市場(chǎng)專(zhuān)員協(xié)同完成標(biāo)書(shū)編制,按照要求提交標(biāo)書(shū)文件并跟進(jìn)有關(guān)的銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)。
Lead the preparation of commercial proposals and make commercial recommendations. Coordinate with Sales Supervisor and proposal manager and Marketing Coordinator to complete the proposal. Deliver proposal packages to clients by complying with client required procedure and following up with clients as necessary..
8 協(xié)助合同主管/合同專(zhuān)員在合同談判階段工作及合同條款批準(zhǔn)過(guò)程。參與新授標(biāo)合同由業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展階段向運(yùn)營(yíng)階段的交接。
Work with Contracts Supervisor ro coordinate activities during contract negotiation and assist on approving process of contractual terms. Participate in the handover process of new awards from the Business Development to the project execution team.
9 建立并維護(hù)與公司內(nèi)部各工作層級(jí)的工作關(guān)系,以提高業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展部門(mén)有效服務(wù)業(yè)主客戶的能力。
Establish and maintain working relationships in various working levels within the company that will enhance the ability of the Business Development department to effectively serve the clients.
10 通過(guò)高效的手段組織并按優(yōu)先順序處理多項(xiàng)工作,并滿足重要的時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)要求。
Organize and prioritize a variety of multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines.
11 保持與一切適用政策、程序和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的合規(guī)性。
Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and standards.
12 遵循并擁護(hù)公司的健康、安全與環(huán)境保護(hù)政策。
Adhere to and support the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policies.
14 遵守出勤要求。完成其他被安排的任務(wù)。

15 協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售主管完成各類(lèi)銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng),包括聯(lián)系業(yè)主、跟蹤具體項(xiàng)目、為銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)準(zhǔn)備必要資料,按照公司審批流程,完成標(biāo)書(shū)的內(nèi)部審批,向銷(xiāo)售主管/部門(mén)經(jīng)理報(bào)告工作。
